As our Accounting and Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing daily accounting and administrative support, including bookkeeping, filing, handling calls and visitors, managing postage and courier services, and assisting with bank-related tasks.<\/p><h5>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h5><p>&ndash; Provide comprehensive accounting and administrative support, encompassing bookkeeping, filing, call handling, guest greeting, postage\/courier services, and banking.\n&ndash; Focus on accounting support, specifically accounts payable management.\n&ndash; Provide administrative support, including general office tasks, clerical support, filing, and ad-hoc or internal project assignments.<\/p><h5>REQUIREMENTS<\/h5><div style=\"background-color: #c6d8f3;padding: 1rem;border-radius: 0.5rem;\">\n&ndash; Diploma or above in business or accounting field.\n&ndash; 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant is advantageous.\n&ndash; Proficiency in computer skills, including English and Chinese typing.\n&ndash; Some accounting\/bookkeeping background with basic knowledge of ERP will be advantageous.\n&ndash; Excellent command of written and verbal Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.\n&ndash; Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.\n&ndash; Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.\n&ndash; Fresh graduates
